A: 3-5 days, however if you require it sooner please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you, however please note there may be additional courier charges.

We use national couriers to deliver our banners. They are packaged very well and should reach you in perfect condition.

GOODS RECEIVED FROM OUR COURIERS: Please take the time to examine the packaging for tears, punctures, corners damaged, etc. If any damage is visible or you are not 100% happy, insist on opening package to inspect consignment before signing. Goods received from couriers are signed for as received in good condition. Once the package has been signed for we are unable to claim for a damaged consignment.

A: We sell bungee ties and cable ties to help you fix your banner. We can also recommend an installation company for larger banners but Spectrum do not provide an installation service at present.

A: As our products are made bespoke we are unable to offer refunds. In the event the banner is not printed as per the approved proof then we will collect the banner and replace it for you. Although we send all our banners with a national courier we cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the couriers.

A: As we are printing a high volume of orders we have a large number of our own courier vans coming and going. Due to this and other various safety/insurance reasons we cannot allow collection or privately arranged couriers.

A: We deliver UK nationwide including N. Ireland, we also deliver to Southern Ireland, however please note that delivery to Southern Ireland starts from £45.
